3 Different Reasons to Order Your Print Products Online

At BFSDaniels | Copycop we have developed Web-to-Print portals – what we call Virtual Print Centers – for more than 70 of our customers to order their print products online. We’ve highlighted three of them on our website in Case Studies that you can read here.

Berklee College of Music needed a way to order its Course Workbooks more efficiently. Instead of creating a spreadsheet every four months of up to 30 workbooks, asking us to price each book, then get the order reviewed and approved by the Bookstore Manager, Admin Manager and Finance Manager, we created a VPC that automates the entire process. Pricing is predetermined, all the templates of each workbook are online, and a manager simply orders the desired quantity of each workbook. Simple and fast.

Walker Parking Consultants has 14 offices in the US. Its Boston marketing office was overwhelmed managing the ordering and production of stationery products, report tabs and covers, brochures, press kit folders, etc. for each of these offices, so they asked us for a solution. We developed a VPC for them, loading templates for each print product online and accessible securely by each office. Each order can be customized by the location and sent automatically to our production facility. The company’s brand and quality are maintained, and the Boston office has minimized its involvement in the process.

Small Bone Innovations, Inc. was printing large quantities of their marketing materials, warehousing them, and fulfilling orders to over 170 sales reps across the country. The process was slow, cumbersome and inefficient. We created a VPC so that each sales office could go online, order quantities of their desired brochures that we would digitally print on demand, and ship within 48 hours. No excess inventory, no warehousing, nofulfillment, and a satisfied sales force.

These are just three reasons why our customers have developed Virtual Print Centers with us. We can tell you about dozens more.
